This place suits me perfectly! I love the free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and restaurant. The staff even helped me find parking on my first stay. I highly recommend it and I'm coming back for Christmas!

Quirky hotel with exceptional staff, it has incredible location close to the sea. The room is huge, updated and has sea views. The atmosphere of the venue is quiet.

The king room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was modern with good shower. This was a great and incredible location short walk to the beach, the sea and the BA360 tower and a beautiful quiet square. Furthermore, right on the seafront.

Really enjoyed our modern and functional rooms in this place.
Coffee, tea and toast were a stand out.

sea view, self-service amenities, proximity to restaurants
A bottle of water in the room for drinking should definitely be standard practice!!! The reception area appears bare and could benefit from some decorative touches!!!

It was so near to the seafront, in fact you could see the sea. Bathroom was very clean and new.
I didnt like the old lift, it was difficult to hold the two doors with luggage etc, as it was not an automatic lift door.

Request an extra fan during summer nights for more comfort, as rooms can get quite warm without air conditioning.

The location is good, just opposite the old pier in Regency Square right near the corner nearest the beach. The staff were friendly and approachable including the night porter. The room was big for what we paid but she did say that that was the best room (number 16) so I don't know about the others (apparently 15 is the same / similar room)
The windows were on the thin side so a bit of noise came through, it's not near any clubs or anything so it was mostly just car noise from the seafront road. Nothing too bad at all to be honest.

The hotel has an excellent location right on the sea front with parking opposite (£12.50 per 24 hours). Excellent location for the pier and also all the shops. Our room had a good view of the sea.
The hotel entrance is very run down with thread bare carpets. The staff although polite were not very welcoming, we asked the receptionist if she could recommend a good indian restaurant and she did not even know where any were, the next street was full of restaurants including indian? We were woken every half hour from midnight through to 2.30am with other guests returning and being noisy. We asked to be moved to a quieter room but the manager said it would not make any difference as he had several groups of hen and stag parties booked in. the breakfast was adequate but no service from the staff you just helped yourself. We checked out, the hotel did give us a refund for our second night booked with them.

The hotel had a great location near the sea, and the room was spacious with a lovely view. Units could do with a bit of an update and the breakfast options were average. A little noisy at times, yet staff were friendly and accommodating throughout my stay.
